Terms of Service
Each project is governed by a written proposal stating scope, price, timeline and payment milestones. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the website, content and design files. Domain and hosting are registered in your name from the start.
Payments
Milestones as agreed in the proposal. Late payments may pause work. If you don't approve the design, you get the full upfront payment back. See the refund policy.
Liability and law
